And oh my, that’s the worst kind of automation. To own the automatic impulse of a powerful female leader.

And somewhere in that automation, the truth gets lost and our north star for leading gets obscured.

Snow Globe - Imbolc Women’s Retreat

Imbolc stands suspended between winter and spring. When the earth is just beginning to shift and flutter with seeds awakening.

This is an intentional space for executive women leaders ready to listen and be engulfed by the wisdom of the Appalachian Mountains and frostbitten echoes. This is a space of revival, renewal, and recalibration with intentional silence.
